A lifelong fitness enthusiast, Kelly has always enjoyed staying active and healthy. After discovering yoga a few years ago, she tapped into the benefits of a fitness routine that combined both mind and body. Kelly’s love of yoga is growing into a love of teaching as she is currently pursuing her 200hr YTT.

The only thing that rivals her passion for fitness is her love of travel. She finds the virtual platform offered by Kula Core the perfect way to keep yoga a part of her daily routine while on the road.

Kelly was born and raised in Northeast Pennsylvania. She currently lives in the Keystone state with her husband and super-sweet dog Penny.
