HIY, meaning High-Intensity Yoga, is a type of short duration training consisting of bursts of high intensity intervals followed by active recovery or rest intervals. These bursts, coupled with vinyasa flow, help build strength and burn fat.
The workout improves endurance and stamina, it is quick and convenient and require little equipment — yoga mat and optional free weights.
